Power Up is My Life My Choice's highly-praised training team. Our trainers are all experts by experience. Through the use of their own personal experiences, our presenters deliver excellent quality training to professionals.

We aim to improve the lives of people with learning disabilities by changing attitudes and by informing people in a fun and entertaining way. Power Up offers specialist and bespoke training courses to lots of different people.

We’ve recently worked with:

  • Oxford Brookes University
  • Oxford University Hospitals Trust
  • Department of Health
  • Health Education England
  • The NHS
  • Oxford City Council

We’ve also trained prison staff, carers, council workers, researchers, and many more.
