Bryan Michell, Charity Coordinator

Bryan helps the trustees to run the charity. The trustees tell Bryan what needs to be done to keep improving My Life My Choice and Bryan works with the staff to make it happen. It is also his job to raise the money to keep My Life My Choice going and growing.

Jess Tilling, Deputy Charity Coordinator

Jess looks after our Power Up training, research, inspections and some of our consultancy work. It is her job to make sure our training is the best it can be and to get us more business. She also helps Bryan to run the charity and support other members of staff.

Yazz Davies, Gig Buddies Coordinator

Yazz runs our Gig Buddies project to support people to get out and have fun. She manages all the volunteers and beneficiaries as well as running our monthly Gig Buddies events and walking club. Yazz also runs our monthly nightclub Stingray!

Lisa Davidson, Power Up Officer and Youth & Parliament Coordinator

Lisa works on all the different parts of Power Up. Lisa is running our Parliament for young people with learning disabilities. Lisa also facilitates our Oxford CollegeAbingdon College, Witney College and Young Persons Groups.

Melissa Badinca, Communications and Campaigns Coordinator

Melissa looks after all our communications. She is the press contact for the charity. It's her job to support our champions in campaigning for the rights of people with learning disabilities.

James Sheard, Power Up Officer

James works on all the different parts of our Power Up work. He supports our Quality Checkers and inspections with CQC (Care Quality Commission), as well as helping out with our other projects.

Rachael Fraser, Travel Buddy Coordinator

Rachael runs our Travel Buddy project. She trains and matchs travel buddies with people who want support to gain the confidence and skills they need to travel independently.
