The Safe Places Scheme is for people who need help when they are out and about.

It is for people who are feeling scared or lost or not safe.

Some places have this Safe Places sticker in their window.

They are in places like shops, pubs, cafes, shopping centres or libraries.

You can go inside these places and tell somebody who works there that you need help.

In Oxford City Centre, the Westgate shopping Centre, the Randolph Hotel and The Four Candles Wetherspoons pub are some of the Safe Places.

The Oxford Bus Company is also part of the Safe Place Scheme.

Just tell the bus driver if you don’t feel safe and they will help you.

You can use Google on your phone to find your nearest Safe Place.

If you have a smart phone with internet you can download the app. The app is called Safe Places.

The app is free.

Click here to download it on Google Play.

Click here to download it on the Apple App Store.
