Our Freedom Project
Our Freedom Project is for Black and Minority Ethnic people with learning difficulties in Oxfordshire.
We meet in Oxford. We have made flags that represent the countries we, and our families come from. We have made short films and animations.
Our meetings
Where: Oxford & Cherwell College, Oxford
When: Tuesdays, 10am – Midday.
Our plans
We are working very hard to get extra funding. There are lots of things we want to do.
- We'd like to have more meetings and events.
- We'd like to meet other groups around the UK.
- We'd like more transport for meetings, trips and conferences.
- We'd like help with research into the needs of Black and Minority Ethnic people with learning difficulties in Oxfordshire.
- We are going to make a film about our lives.
